BSSB Notice of Annual General Meeting

Below is notice of the BSSB 2023 Annual General Meeting.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of the Building Science Specialist Board will be held at 4:00 p.m. on January 23, 2023 via teams.

The following matters will come before the members:

       Approval of Agenda
 
3.0  Approval of the 2022 AGM Minutes
 
4.0  Financial Review

4.1  Motion to waive outside review for 2023 fiscal year-end
4.2  Approval of the December 31, 2022 Year-end Statement
4.4  Approval of the Actions of the Board
5.0  Election of Directors
 
6.0  New Business
           
7.0  Adjournment
